Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively and build relationships with customers and peers.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.
• Use basic math to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units; decimals included.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Prior sales experience in a diverse retail environment helps.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
