Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY customers with in-store and phone interactions, helping the store reach its sales goals.

You will assist with battery installations, wiper services, and part lookups, while maintaining inventory and merchandising standards. This role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work a variety of shifts at a busy retail location.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and to interpret parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work diverse shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and support store sales targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs) and knowledge of parts.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; assist with inventory processes.
