Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

It can be full-time or part-time, with safety certifications preferred. The position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, performing DIY services such as battery installations and wiper changes, and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and stocking duties as needed.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
