Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in basic math and using store systems (POS, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
• Safe delivery of parts to customers as needed.
