Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use store systems, source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Familiar with inventory processes, safety rules, and working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts.
