Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. The position can be part-time or full-time with duties spanning customer service, inventory control, and delivering parts as needed.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use store and inventory systems.
• Basic automotive knowledge is beneficial.
• English speaking; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness and general stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
