Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support our DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. The position can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities spanning customer service, service fulfillment, and inventory maintenance in a retail environment.

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and DIY services
Ability to read safety rules and maintenance documents
Ability to use inventory and store equipment effectively

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone
Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets
Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations
Maintain store product and operational standards
Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock and stock replenishment
