Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

The position can be part time or full time, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and safe operations. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and inventory skills in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
