Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

It can be part time or full time, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. You will perform battery testing, wiper installations, and other DIY services while maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq and external suppliers.
• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet goals.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
