Qualifications

• Reads and interprets safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Uses basic math for daily tasks and transactions.
• Speaks and writes English; Spanish a plus and ability to communicate with customers and team.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and operates store equipment and POS systems.
• Prior sales experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory tasks like truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Keep the store clean and organized; perform general stocking and safety compliance.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
