Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks an entry‑level Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and part sourcing across stores and suppliers.

Responsibilities include customer interactions, DIY services, and maintaining inventory/operational standards while complying with safety guidelines. Part/full‑time options available in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Use basic math in all units of measure.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installs and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
