Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems proficiency, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. You will handle in-person and phone interactions, work flexible hours including weekends, and participate in inventory processes while delivering excellent customer service and DIY services such as battery installations and wiper

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
