Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and hit sales/service goals in-store. This entry-level role requires basic knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive basics; driving basic customer experience.

Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers, performing battery/wiper installations, maintaining inventory standards, and supporting stock and deliveries. The position can be part-time or full-time, with a safety-conscious approach and opportunities

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful retail sales experience.
• Ability to speak English with strong communication.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
