Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. Both part-time and full-time options are available.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing DIY services like battery installations, and maintaining inventory and store standards. Safety and customer service excellence are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Knowledge of store inventory, parts catalogs, and store systems.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist the store in hitting its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
