Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions
• Use basic math for measurements and pricing
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls
• Hit personal sales goals and assist store in achieving sales targets
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs)
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts
• Safe, accurate delivery of parts to customers when needed
