Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business by helping customers in-store and by phone. You will work to meet sales goals, perform basic battery and wiper services, and uphold store standards. The role involves inventory tasks and occasional parts deliveries.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in retail sales, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends. Training is provided for store systems and parts lookup tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and via phone.
• Provide DIY services including basic battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and assist with inventory processes.
• Source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers as needed.
• Assist with safety and compliance in the store environment.
• Deliver parts to customers as needed.
