Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. You will use store systems and apply basic automotive knowledge to source parts from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

Roles can be part-time or full-time, with fleet safety certification preferred. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, help achieve sales goals, and perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services (battery install, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
