Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and sourcing from stores, hubs, and suppliers.

Part-time or full-time, with strong focus on customer service and inventory control. Responsibilities include DIY services, inventory management, and maintaining store standards, while adhering to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Experience operating inventory systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs, testing).
• Maintain inventory and store standards; rides, counts, back stock.
