Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and essential safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for in-store and phone customers.
• Meet personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services like battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store cleanliness.
• Support inventory processes including stocking and cycle counts.
