Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and drive sales. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform basic automotive knowledge tasks, and help maintain inventory and store standards.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours, with opportunities to perform DIY services and work across inventory and customer-facing tasks. A safety-conscious, customer-focused individual will excel in this position.

Formación

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and on the phone
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, counts, and back stock
• Keep store clean and stocked, support delivery to customers as needed
