Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and assist store in reaching sales objectives
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock
• Keep store clean and well stocked
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
