Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and by phone, and help achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and ability to source parts from various channels. The position can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, inventory control, and safe delivery of parts.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to use basic math and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Familiarity with store systems and parts lookup to assist customers.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries; meet personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs when needed; maintain inventory and store standards.
• Handle inventory tasks including receiving, put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and general stocking.
• Safely deliver parts as required and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
