Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, inventory understanding, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

You may work part-time or full-time, with opportunities to perform battery installations, testing, and wiper installations while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs and external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes.
• Basic math skills and ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent DIY customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
