Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and by phone, and help the team meet sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. You will stock, inventory, and maintain clean, organized shelves while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
• Ability to operate inventory systems and store equipment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Basic math and price lookup skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services and parts support as needed.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
