The role includes delivering DIY services, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to store cleanliness and safety while engaging customers both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.
• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use basic math and read safety rules, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store product standards; handle stock movements.
