Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, in-store service and parts lookup. You will handle battery tests, installs, warranty considerations, and uphold store appearance and safety standards in a full-time role.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with store systems and Microsoft Office is expected, with availability for multiple

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license required for in-store duties.
• Must be able to read and follow safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales and service goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installs and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties with safety and task coordination.
