Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems literacy, and advanced automotive understanding.

This full-time role includes battery services, parts lookup, and meeting sales targets while maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in automotive parts, ASE certification is preferred, and must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE P2 certification or ASE ready equivalent.
• Able to read safety rules and parts catalogs; follow procedures.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
