Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Florida is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and drive high-quality customer service.

You will support advanced DIY services, operate store systems, and source parts through various channels, contributing to strong sales performance. You will be responsible for stocking, inventory tasks, and maintaining clean, organized service areas while providing technical guidance to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.
• Experience with store inventory and service operations is desirable.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing and safety tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes such as cycle counts and back stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and front/parking lot areas.
