Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Florida to support advanced DIY sales, identify parts, and assist customers with service—battery tests, installations, and more. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency with store systems.

You will handle inventory tasks, stock parts, and contribute to a high-performing team that drives sales while delivering top-tier customer service to DIY customers across the store and by phone.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• English language required; Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-person and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including safety, opening and closing tasks.
• Assist in store inventory: cycles counts, back stock, and put-away.
