Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; write simple notes.
• Understand and follow written or oral instructions.
• Complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Accurate basic math (units, fractions, decimals).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Hit personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties: task assignment, safety, opening/closing.
• Assist inventory: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Ensure store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, lot.
