Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in-store and over the phone. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services.

You will handle battery installations, diagnostic testing, and parts lookups while meeting sales and service targets. The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, parts catalogs, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
