Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge, assist DIY customers, and support store operations. The role emphasizes advanced automotive systems knowledge, parts lookup, and high levels of customer service.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy and store appearance while supporting battery testing, installations, and parts sourcing. 3–5 years of auto parts experience and ASE P2 certification or readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and knowledge of parts fulfillment.
• ASE P2 certification or readiness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties such as opening/closing and tasks.
