Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert knowledge on automotive parts and store systems.

You will assist DIY customers in-person and by phone, delivering high-quality sales and service while maintaining store appearance and inventory accuracy. Role requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to perform DIY services such as battery installation and testing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
