Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY automotive service. You’ll leverage store systems and parts knowledge to assist customers in person and by phone, aiming to hit sales and service goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in parts sales, strong communication, and familiarity with diagnostic tools. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required for duties including store operations and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Able to operate store systems and parts lookup tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers, in store and by phone.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installs and wiper changes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder duties: opening/closing, safety, task assignment.
• Assist in inventory processes like cycle counts and back stock.
• Keep store clean: floors, bathrooms, parking area; ensure order.
