Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Everett, WA is seeking a Retail Parts Pro—an expert sales associate with strong knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY customer support. This role requires assisting customers with part identification, troubleshooting, and service recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.

You will manage in-store and phone sales, support basic DIY services, and maintain a clean, safe store while contributing to inventory processes and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Handle DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
