Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions in a full-time role. You will utilize store systems, apply automotive knowledge, and assist DIY customers in person and by phone, driving parts sales and service quality.

The position requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and English communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Availability to work varied days including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
