Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in a full-time role. You will apply advanced knowledge of automotive systems and parts, perform DIY services, and provide exceptional customer service to DIY customers in-store and over the phone.

The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales ability, and proficiency with parts lookup systems and inventory processes. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in store inventory processes including stock and back stock.
