Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge in a full-time role. You will help customers in-store and by phone, perform DIY services, and contribute to inventory accuracy while upholding high service standards.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability; ASE certification is preferred. The role requires flexibility to work various days, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with store inventory and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
