Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services with expert part knowledge and store systems. You will assist customers in-person and by phone, perform battery tests, wiper installs, and other DIY services while maintaining store standards.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in automotive parts and strong familiarity with POS and parts lookup tools. ASE P2 certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is beneficial for duties beyond the shop.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
