Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems, and advanced automotive diagnostics. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and ASE certification preferred. Flexible shifts help meet customer needs and store goals.

As a trusted specialist, you will assist customers in selecting parts, perform basic service tasks, and contribute to a high-standard storefront and service environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of store systems and parts lookup.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
