Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in a fast-paced store environment. The role emphasizes expert store systems knowledge and strong customer service to meet sales and service objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate POS and inventory systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
