Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts sales. The role requires expert store systems knowledge, automotive expertise, and strong customer service to drive sales and satisfaction.

Expect duties from parts lookup to hands-on DIY service tasks amid a fast-paced retail environment. The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and may hold ASE certification.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred, but not required
• Must read and interpret parts catalogs and safety/maintenance instructions

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
