Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and sales support for the DIY customer. The role requires efficiency in parts lookup, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

You will handle battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and related services, while supporting store operations and safety. ASE certification is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Should have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in inventory processes including stocking and counts.
• Perform key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety).
