Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Experience with inventory and POS systems favored
• ASE certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services (battery installs, testing, wiper installs)
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Handle key holder tasks including opening/closing and safety
