Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in our stores across the United States.

This full-time role requires automotive parts expertise, strong customer service, and the ability to operate store systems and POS. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, performing services like battery installations and wiper installs, and meeting sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Proven sales ability and knowledge of parts and automotive systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety, task assignment).
