Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role involves advanced identification, troubleshooting, and sourcing from multiple channels to fulfill DIY services and parts requests.

Responsibilities include driving sales while delivering high levels of customer service, managing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements, and maintaining store organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• ASE certification preferred, not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Take on key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, opening/closing)
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock handling
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
