Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, leveraging deep automotive knowledge and parts lookup skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience with inventory systems, POS, and strong diagnostic capabilities. ASE P2 certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
