Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts lookup for customers in-store and by phone. The role requires knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing, and strong sales ability.

ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory, and a valid driver's license is required. The position is full-time with duties including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
