Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge and outstanding customer service in a dynamic DIY environment.

You will operate store systems, manage inventory, and perform advanced part lookups for customers, including battery testing and installation services. With 3-5 years of parts experience and ASE certification preferred, you will support sales goals, maintain appearance and safety, and operate POS and parts lookup systems in a full-time

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license. ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English; ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with store systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
