Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert assistance to DIY customers, leveraging store systems and deep parts knowledge. The role encompasses sales, service, and inventory responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform advanced parts lookups and DIY services, including battery installations and diagnostics where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to read/interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and on-site visits.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, etc.
